NeuroSkill is small on purpose. Our leadership is not a layer above delivery — each of them is directly involved in the engagements they are responsible for.

Yasmeen Faruki

Founder & Chief Executive

Yasmeen founded NeuroSkill on a straightforward conviction: most organisations do not need more AI pilots, they need the capability to decide which ones deserve to exist. She spent eleven years leading data and analytics functions inside insurance and logistics operators before starting the firm, and she still sits in every readiness review personally.

Sam Marcus

Chief Technology Officer

Sam owns the engineering standard every NeuroSkill system is held to. He came from platform engineering in regulated environments, where the cost of a system nobody can explain is measured in enforcement action rather than embarrassment, and that shaped how he builds.

Ali Akbar

Chief Operations Officer

Ali runs delivery. Every engagement has a named team, a fixed scope, a date and a person accountable for it, and that is his doing. He built his career in programme management across manufacturing and financial services, where a slipped date has consequences that reach the shop floor.

Mohsin Abdulla

Chief Finance Officer

Mohsin keeps the commercial side of NeuroSkill honest. He designed the firm’s fixed-scope pricing model specifically so that an engagement cannot quietly become more expensive the longer it runs, which is the failure mode he watched repeatedly as a finance director in professional services.
