Business Analyst — Digital Transformation
Sit with a client’s team, work out how the process really runs today, and write the requirement that survives contact with delivery.
About the role
This role is on client sites more than it is in our office. You will be the person who finds the spreadsheet everything actually depends on.
What you will do
- Map current-state processes as they genuinely operate
- Interview staff at every level, from operator to director
- Design target-state processes with the client’s own team
- Write requirements engineers can build from without guessing
- Track decisions and keep the scope honest
- Support user acceptance testing and rollout
What we are looking for
- Process mapping and requirements work on real programmes
- Writes clearly and precisely
- Comfortable challenging a client politely
- Organised enough to keep a programme’s decisions traceable
Useful, not essential
- Government, education or regulated-sector programmes
- Change management experience
- Working knowledge of Telugu, Hindi or Arabic
