Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build the platforms behind our client transformations — the services, the interfaces and the integrations that connect them to systems already in use.
About the role
You will work on one client engagement at a time, with a named delivery lead and a fixed scope. Our platforms are handed over to the client’s own team at the end, so the standard is set by what someone else can pick up and maintain.
What you will do
- Own features end to end, from schema design through to the interface
- Design APIs that other teams — including the client’s — have to live with
- Integrate with the systems a client already runs, on their constraints
- Write the tests and documentation as you go, not at handover
- Review other engineers’ work, and have yours reviewed
- Take part in the architecture review before a build starts
What we are looking for
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one server-side language
- Relational data modelling you can defend
- Experience shipping to production and then maintaining it
- Comfortable working inside a client’s environment and constraints
Useful, not essential
- Cloud infrastructure as code
- Experience on government or regulated-sector projects
- Mobile or cross-platform experience
